Refund Policy

This page explains how refunds work across Nuver Labs LLC, covering both our products and our development services. It is a map: it tells you which policy applies to you and how to reach a person about it.
Each product has its own refund policy, and that policy is the one that governs a product purchase. This page tells you where to find it and sets out the baseline we hold ourselves to everywhere.
Product subscriptions
Refunds for our products are handled under each product’s own refund policy:
- TextBee: textbee.dev/refund-policy
- Remy Home AI: remyhomeai.com/refund-policy
- SupportHQ: supporthq.app/refund
In general, across all of them, you can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not cut off what you bought.
Where a refund is warranted, we issue it through the payment provider used for the original purchase, and it is returned to the original payment method. We cannot send it anywhere else.
If you are unsure which policy applies to you, or you cannot find it, email [email protected] and we will point you to the right place or resolve it directly.
Free trials and free tiers
Where a product offers a free trial or a free tier, nothing is charged for it and there is nothing to refund. If you were charged after a trial you thought you had cancelled, tell us. That is exactly the kind of thing we fix without arguing about it.
Failed, duplicate, and incorrect charges
If you were charged twice for the same thing, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount that does not match what you signed up for, we refund it in full. This is a billing error, not a refund request, and we do not apply any other condition on this page to it.
Development services
Refunds and cancellations for software development engagements are governed by the individual signed agreement for that engagement. That agreement controls where it says something different from this page.
As a baseline across all engagements:
- We bill only for work performed, or on the schedule the signed agreement sets out.
- If an engagement is cancelled, you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date and nothing beyond it, unless the agreement says otherwise.
- Deposits and retainers are applied against work performed. Any unearned balance at cancellation is returned to you.
- Work delivered and paid for is yours, on the ownership terms in the agreement. Cancelling does not claw back what you have already paid for and received.
- If you believe an invoice is wrong, contact us before initiating any payment dispute and we will review it with you.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- The email address on the account or the invoice.
- Which product or engagement it relates to.
- The approximate date and amount of the charge.
- What went wrong, in as much or as little detail as you like.
We respond within 2 business days. If we approve a refund, we submit it immediately. How long it takes to appear is up to your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks
We would much rather fix a problem directly than have you go through your card issuer. If something is wrong, tell us first and we will make it right where we reasonably can.
Opening a chargeback before contacting us means a dispute process runs in place of a conversation, which is slower for both of us and may result in the associated account being suspended while it is open. Emailing us costs you nothing and is almost always faster.
Taxes and currency
Refunds are issued in the currency of the original charge. Where sales tax or VAT was collected, it is refunded along with the amount it was charged on.
We do not control the exchange rate your bank applies. If your card was charged in a currency other than your own, the amount that lands back may differ slightly from the amount that left, and that difference is your bank’s, not ours.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live. If local law gives you a stronger right to a refund than this policy does, that law applies and we will honour it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. A change here does not affect a refund request already in progress.
