Privacy Policy
- Issued by
- Nuver Labs LLC
- Effective
This policy covers the nuverlabs.com website and how Nuver Labs LLC (“Nuver Labs”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through it.
Our products, including textbee.dev, remyhomeai.com, and supporthq.app, operate under their own privacy policies, published on their respective websites. If you use one of our products, the product’s policy is the one that applies to your use of it. This policy is about the marketing site only.
Who we are
Nuver Labs LLC is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. We build and operate software products and provide software development services.
For anything related to this policy, contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
This website is informational. There is no account to create, no form to submit, and nothing to log into. We collect very little.
Information you send us
If you email us or book a call, we receive whatever you choose to share: typically your name, your email address, and the contents of your message. We use it to respond to you and, if we end up working together, to run that engagement.
Scheduling data
Call bookings are handled by Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com processes your name, email address, and selected time under its own privacy policy, and passes the booking to us.
Technical data
Serving a web page requires processing the request that asked for it. Your IP address, browser user agent, and the page you requested are handled by our hosting and network providers to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to build a profile of you.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless and does not track you across other websites. It records aggregate page views, referrers, and country-level location.
We also record one custom event. When you click a “Book a call” button, we log that the click happened and which button it was, so we can tell whether people use the one in the header, the hero, the contact section, or the footer. The event carries the location of the button and nothing about you.
Who processes your information
We keep the list of companies involved short, and this is all of it:
- Cloudflare provides DNS and content delivery for nuverlabs.com. It processes IP addresses and request data to route traffic and block abuse.
- Vercel hosts the site and serves it from its edge network. It processes the same request data for delivery.
- Vercel Web Analytics produces the aggregate traffic statistics described above.
- Cal.com handles call scheduling, if you book one.
- Our email provider handles email you send us, and our replies.
These are all United States companies, and processing takes place in the United States and at edge locations worldwide.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
There is also no cross-site tracking, no advertising pixel, and no third-party embed. Our fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page on this site does not cause your browser to make a request to a font provider. Everything the page needs comes from our own domain.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, we neither sell nor share personal information as those terms are defined there.
- We do not run third-party advertising on this site.
- We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.
- We do not use your information to train machine learning models.
Why we are allowed to do this
If you are in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with equivalent law, the legal bases we rely on are:
- Legitimate interests, for keeping the site online, secure, and measurable at an aggregate level.
- Performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one, for responding to your enquiry and running an engagement.
- Consent, where you have asked to receive something from us. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep information
Emails and business correspondence are kept as long as the relationship needs them, and afterwards for as long as legal or accounting obligations require. Then they are deleted.
Aggregate analytics carry no identifier and are retained as statistics, not as records about a person.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you,
- give you a copy of it,
- correct it if it is wrong,
- delete it,
- restrict what we do with it, or
- stop processing it altogether.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for asking and we will not treat you differently for having asked.
Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local law, and nothing in this policy limits them. If you are in the UK or EU and you think we have handled your information badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority, though we would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS and a strict Content Security Policy. The marketing site itself holds no database and stores no personal data: what we have, we have because you emailed it to us, and it sits in our email account.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say is that the attack surface here is deliberately small.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
This site links to our products and to external services. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be visible on this page.
